Case Study: Stockport County Retro Programme Covers 2016-17

Over the course of the 2016-17 football season we designed the Stockport County programme using retro covers from the past seasons. Each cover was designed in the style of an old programme taken from over seventy years of editions. We updated the design layout to fit with the A5 portrait size as some of the originals were smaller, different proportions and landscape. Matching fonts and recreating graphics to give the feel of the original. The new design also had to adapt to incorporate sponsor and league logos.

The programme went on to win the Soccer Club Swap Shop, National League North Programme of the Year and Overall Winner for all Non-Leagues Programme of the Season 2016/17.
